Emails going to wrong recipients

Last week I upgraded our mail server from 14 to 15.5.  Our employees are connecting via IMAP with outlook and have the global address list added to outlook.  Since the upgrade, I have had multiple people report that when they send an email to an employee, its actually going to a different address.  It seems to be an issue with the autocomplete list in outlook.  If I autocomplete an email to employee@domain.com, but double click the email address in the to line, its actually for a different address.  It seems odd that this change seemed to happen right after I upgraded Smartermail.  Anyone else had this issue?
