Hi everyone. This is more of an informational post than a question. Last week we had a customer who was using SM and Declude, as may of you do. They were having a problem with a few of their domains, but not all. For these few domains, when the spam threshold for ROUTETO was triggered, the Declude log showed that the ROUTETO command was taking place, however, the spam would end up in the inbox of the recipient. After hours of research and testing, we found that the problem was capitalization in these particular domain names in SM. In other words, in the domains list, these particular domains were partially capitalized. For some reason unknown to us at this time, capitalization was preventing the ROUTETO from taking place. Once we renamed the domain in the domainlist.xml and also renamed the folder in SM, the issue was resolved. Just wanted to let you all know in case you experience this issue. I'm not sure how long this has been an issue. We have been working with Declude for over 15 years and this is the first time we have seen anything like this.
