Spam Checks on Existing/Migrated Mail?

Whenever we migrate new clients into our system, we inevitably migrate in their existing spam from their old/previous Inbox.  Is there a way to run spam checks/filters on existing mail or mail which has been newly migrated into a client's account?  If not, this could be a handy feature.  It would be great to migrate a client who was complaining about too much spam at his previous host, then present him with a scrubbed Inbox upon opening his new account with us.
