Outbound ip4 setting fail?

Hi Guys
 
Why does the Outbound ip4 setting in Domains/Technical not actually change anything. No matter what I set that to the out bound ip is always the same?
 
I'm I missing something?

Hi J.  I've reported this.  This is only a display bug.  The domains IP address does get updated.
