We have a client who often ask us to look for archived message as employees often say that they did not receive a specific email. We usually manage to find these message in the archive. My question - is there a way to link the message in the archive to the delivery log?
We usually can do this by looking at the time in the mails header and then matching this up to the log files but in some instance the sender might send out 3 - 4 messages at the same time to the same users as they are separate purchase orders to trying to match times is not an accurate way to 100% confirm.
I've looked at the message ID and then searched the mails headers but it’s not mentioned anywhere.
If anyone has some info in this it would be greatly appreciated.
