Unable to enable/disable users in from Active directory

Dear team,
We have integrated smartermail 14.5 enterprise edition with Active Drectory(windows 2k8 R2),Integration has successfully been completed.We are able to Add/Delete User,reset the password and also the mailing is working fine but the only issue arised 
is  when the user are enable/disable from active directory changes are not getting reflected in smarter mail.As a alternate solution we have to delete the user by taking backup and create a new user and restore the data.So please help us with some solution
to overcome this problem to enable/disable user.
