I have this user attempting to relay through our SmarterMail server, which is allowed, if authenticated. The message summary is:

From: smartermailuser@ourdomainhere.net

To: mert@mertsdiner.com

Why is this outgoing-relayed message being checked for spam and thrown into the Spam folder of smartermailuser

Return-Path: <smartermailuser@ourdomainhere.net>
Received: from [10.108.187.247] (mobile-1.mycingular.net [107.107.63.15]) by mail.ourdomainhere.net with SMTP;
