Unable to install fresh install

I am trying to install SM 15 on Server 2016. It runs through and then tells me that it's unable to find required files.
 
"The path ..... SmarterMail.msi cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location...
 
I'm installing as an Admin.
 
Any suggestions?

I got it to work. However, if you install the SM 15 exe when the same version is already installed and it asks if you want to 'repair' the installation - and you select repair - it will give this error.
