SM 15.3.6109, Active Sync, Outlook 2016, periodically mail box is empty and start to download all messages again.

Dear Smarter Tools Support Team,
After configure one email account on new PC, we have next problem. Periodically, the mailbox becomes empty and starts to download all messages again. We use MS Outlook 2016, account type - ActiveSync. On old PC no problem.
