Issues with Forwarding

Issues with Forwarding
User A is not allowed to send emails outside organization (SMTP outbound disabled).
User B inside the same organization is allowed to send emails outside the organization (SMTP outbound enabled).
User B sets a forwarding to external email ID.

Now here is where the problem starts
User A sends an email to User B. That reaches.
But the email from User B does not go to the external forwarded email ID
Instead User A gets a bounce saying he/she is not allowed to send emails outside!

But User A sent it to User B. User B sent it outside but it doesnt go ? Why ?

The email should not be bouncing unless User A is sending it outside directly.

Need this fixed as it completely mis manages the idea of forwarding then!

Thank you for this report, Shivam! I experience similar behavior in both SmarterMail 15 and 16. Because this is not directly related to the BETA release of SmarterMail 16.x, and so it does no get lost when we close down the BETA threads shortly down the road, I'm going to move this thread out of the SmarterMail 16.x BETA category and into the standard SmarterMail category.

Thank you!
