Is there a way to bulk import, maintain, or upload the global trusted senders list?

Can anybody point me to where this list is stored? Perhaps I can write an external script to populate it.

Hey Michael, check SmarterMail_Install_Directory\Domains\Domain_Name\domainConfig.xml and look for the <WhiteList> element. This should list out all of the trusted senders for a domain.

Thanks for your reply Larry.
I see the file you are referring to. However, there must be another file somewhere that controls the list in Security > Trusted Senders. This is outside a specific domain. Do you happen to know where that is?

Edit: I think I found it! <InstallDirectory>\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\Service\mailConfig.xml now if I modify that file via an external script, will I have to restart the service to apply the changes?

thanks

Oh sorry. You are correct about the mailConfig.xml file being the one that you're looking for. It will require a service restart to pull in any newly added entries.
