We are looking to expand our EAS Outlook userbase, on our first install we came across two issues
1 User had multiple nested folders within Inbox '690'
2 With nested folders it is never easy to get a quick view of a users total folder count, unless you switch to the mobile interface and count per page down.
If you could report with a Yes if user has folders within inbox we can send them an advisory
If you could set a folder count to report above that level say >450, then again we can send them an advisory before things go awry
