Emails sent by Smartermail sporadically received.

I am on 15.x of Smartermail.  I can send emails to yahoo, gmail, but some other non free service emails designated recipients are not getting the email.
Most recently sent email to associate at    "nameofrecipient@usps.gov" and it did not go through.
I have an unlocktheinbox account and everything has passed.
I am long time user but not power admin like many here, any ideas appreciated.

Hi Michael,
Have you had a chance to review your SmarterMail logs for more information? Your SMTP and Delivery logs would be good to reviewing messages coming and going from your server. Just be sure your log levels are set to detailed, and when searching, select the option to "Display related traffic".
