SM Web Interface--Settings-Mailing List-Subscribers unresponsive
Problem reported by Jerry Kuntz - 6/23/2016 at 5:56 AM
Submitted
As domain admins we frequently use Settings->Mailing Lists->Subscribers in the web interface to add and remove addresses from mailing lists. We have 168 lists and 5258 subscribers.
There is almost always a delay once a subscriber is identified and Edit is clicked on. Frequently we run into the problem of that users' subscribers settings panel never coming up; or it will come up but the Mailing Lists tab will not bring up the lists of mailing lists.
We have seen it work on one client PC but not another at the same time, same network, same admin login, but we have not identified a pattern. It does not seem to be a browser cache, domain admin user, or network settings issue. Is it a RAM issue?

We are on 14.1 soon to upgrade to 15.

How big is your mailinglist.db file found in your Domains/<your domain> folder?

Upgraded to 15.1 last night. Now we see that the Subscribers feature works inconsistently. Sometimes it pops right up; other times it just hangs.

See about following my steps here: http://portal.smartertools.com/community/a87419/mailinglist_db.aspx
Your mailing list file seems to be very large and there may be something wrong with it, or may be filled with junk information.
