Is there a way for an admin to email everyone on the domain?

Anyone know if there is a way for a domain admin for a particular domain to email everyone simultaneously on a domain?   For example.  can Admin@mycardealer.com email all the users at mycardealer.com without having to type them all in individually?  If not, is there a way via API?
 
I am using Smartermail Enterprise 15.x

Hi Marc.  Log in as the Sys Admin, and go to Manage >> Mass Messaging >> Send Email.  In to To field, select "All users on domain".

the sys admin has control over all domains right? I need this ability but only for 1 domain.

The Sys Admin can send to all users for any domain they choose. Unfortunately, this is not current functionality for Domain Admins.
