Why are Incoming Gateways waiting to deliver mail?

Have several incoming gateways.
Have changed the greylisting o the "RECEIVIING" server (main server) not to invoke grey listing...  but I still see "Waiting to Deliver" on the  Incoming GateWay server. If  right-click on the Incoming-Gateway email, it just says pending.   The "Knowledge Base" doesn't mention anything else to be set up (but then again, it doesn't mention turning off /setting the greylist filter to off for incoming servers either).
 
In any other ideas?   At any point in time, we have 30-40 emails stuck in queue to be delivered (due to this issue)

Aside from verifying that the gateway is in fact online, I don't have any suggestions for troubleshooting this. Your logs may provide more information, but I would encourage you to submit a ticket to our Support Department for further inspection. This can be done by clicking on the Tickets button up above and then Start Ticket. Please let me know if you need any help or have other questions.
