SMTP Blocking - import

A couple questions: I've searched the forum and couldn't find a way to import into the SMTP Blocking feature. I cut-n-pasted part of the XML below. I could generate the obvious, but the <id> tags are something I definitely couldn't do. Does anyone have a way to import into SMTP Blocking?

<SmtpBlockRule>
    <id>5e650a27054142d0aff29dd3fe6d4350</id>
    <blockType>EmailAddress</blockType>
    <addressToBlock>*.club</addressToBlock>
    <direction>Incoming</direction>
    <description />
  </SmtpBlockRule>

Secondly, we started getting spam from *.club, *.faith, *.rocks, etc domains. There are over 500 of these top level domains and my intentions are to just import these into SMTP Blocking and be done with it. Just wondering, am I doing a bit of overkill here?

thanks!

I have a huge list of domains to be blocked too (ALSO IPs). Nice if this feature was implemented...
