Ability to pass user details into chat

For a user that is logged in on my website, can we please have the ability to pass this users details into SmarterTrack's chat without having to have the user login to the portal?
 
Once a user has logged in to our website, we would like to make interacting with us as easy as possible and passing their details into the chat we believe would be a big step in the right direction.
