Where is SMS

I was read post on the mising view password issue and saw this from https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a87728/show-password-in-15_x.aspx
 
"The way to handle password management is by providing users a significant number of tools to retrieve passwords via Forgot Password, Secret Words, SMS, Alternate Email and more
"
IS SMS available in 15? or is it planned for 16?
