Mail not visible, only small content preview

From time to time I receive tickets from mails, that are hardly readable. Only the first 2 lines are readable, the rest is giberish here is how it shows up in the ticket message:

Anyone any clue how to solve this?

Looking further, it looks like Smartrack does not handle the "X-Ham-Report" tag right, so it looks like a bug?

Thanks for reaching out. This isn't something I've seen happening before, but it could be a bug in the software. I'd encourage you to submit a ticket to our Support Department for direct troubleshooting. (We offer an Email Ticket for $50 or a Phone Ticket for $80.) They'll be able to determine what's causing this, and if it does happen to be a bug, your ticket cost will be refunded back to you.

I don't think I'm gong to pay 50 euro to solve your bug. I was trying to help you make your software better. I can work around the bug by striping the header.
