Mail spool attempts could show "$tried/$maxTries

Proposed
Right now in the spool, we see under "attempt(s)" the current number of attempts made (based on the latest 14.x)
 
It would be nice if this number was "over" the max retries as defined in the settings.
 
Some servers we run have varying retry timings so simply remembering how many retry attempts are left for the mail queue can be less intuitive.
