Scheduled AV Scan of existing Mailbox's

All, 
 
Feature idea; Manual or scheduled AV scan of existing email by mailbox or domain, as sometime CLAM AV or our command scanner does not pick up all the 0 day's when they are received via SMTP.
 
I know that it would place extra load on the mailbox while the scan is being run.
