ActiveSync deleted mail items from outlook 2013 still shows up in inbox in webmail

I have smarter mail Enterprise version 14.4 .
I have a user that has activesync enabled.
I have installed outlook 2013 for this user and configured email account.
The problem im reporting is the fact that items deleted from the inbox in outlook doesnt sync with the webmail because in webmail its still there in the inbox.
I noticed this because the user alerted that old items shows up that had alredy been deleted.
The problem apears to be in other folder too.
 
Does anyone experienced this ?

Was the account just added to Microsoft Outlook and still downloading all messages?
 
The reason I ask... is that Microsoft Outlook queues all requests and it will finish the original downloads before doing any of the newer actions that you preformed.
 
 
If the account had already downloaded all messages...  Microsoft Outlook does have some random quirks on when it will actually call the server to sync your actions.  Sometimes it will do it when you change folders and sometimes it does it when it has enough to process... sometimes it waits till you close Outlook.  
 
If you continue to have issues, please open a support ticket so that we can work on your issue specifically and verify what is happening.  We are in the middle of working on some EAS issues for certain customers.
