Blacklist Checker error

Server Blacklist Check shows IP´s not on the server
 
After upgrading to 15.0.5932 form 14.5.5871
 
The Server Blacklist Check shows an IP´s not on my server IP 169.254.221.200
 
Also it is not on Settings >> Bindings >> IP Addresses.
 
How it got there?
How do I remove it?
