Emails are missing in archive

We just discovered that email archive is not saving all messages, despite configured to save all messages.
 
A user have received about 10 email from the same address, (according to the logs), but when we search the archive we get no emails from the same day at all, not a single one !!!
 
User is not happy, and we thought we had our back covered with the email archive....
 
Just another problem and this one is really serious, we cant use it for anything at this point (we do not trust the product)
