Blacklist Checker error after upgrading to 15.0.5932

Just updated our backup MX from SM 14.5.5871 to 15.0.5932. During upgrade no errors were found.  Rebooted server after upgrade.
Ran the CheckUp and came back all OK
First login was very slow and an error page was shown. Refreshed and managed to login but login was very slow.
Once logged in tried accessing the blacklist checker page and it showed an error.
The following is the error log (fqdn of server changed only) for today all errors occurred after upgrade.
Any ideas on what went wrong and how to fix? Don't want to upgrade the primary MX unless stable.

I do a full uninstall, reboot, and re-install SM 15.

Tried an uninstall / reboot / install still getting the same error on the blacklister checker page.
 
Anyone else seeing the same when trying to update?
 
Any other ideas on how to fix?

For some reason it looks like XML root element is missing.
Also we know this page worked prior to v15 upgrade as we checked it about a week prior to the initial v15 upgrade.
 
Any ideas on how to fix?

Submitted a ticket and the cause was a corrupted BlackListAwareResults.xml file in the Service folder.
remove the file and restart everything was fixed.
i understand that the developers are looking at adding this file to the other configuration ones  which get auto backed up and SM 15 can use to repair itself.
