How will someone syncing EAS contacts from and iPhone work when there are still fields missing on the SM side that Apple iOS offers?  For example a phone number, there are 10 types offered in the list, SM only has 7 implemented.  iOS offers three address types:  Home, Work, Other.  SM only seems to offer Home and Work.  I'm not sure what else does not align but basically we have data that can be input by a user using a supported mobile platform (or desktop) yet there is not a 1:1 alignment of data or support for it to be persisted on the SM server side.
