Mails duplicated in webmail
Question asked by Jan Becher - 3/8/2016 at 3:47 AM
Unanswered
One of my users have reported, that his mails are duplicated (3 times) in inbox.

He is only using webmail.
Any idea how and why this happend?

Does anyone know a "smart" way to delete the duplicate mails (we are talking 5,000+)?

The mailserver is using ver. 14.x

I have not tried these (disclaimer!), but here are a couple of options:

Here's one that runs in Thunderbird.  If you set up an IMAP account in Thunderbird, and the program works as described, it will clean up the webmail folders as well, because the webmail folders are the same as IMAP deals with:

Hi Paul.

Thanks for the links.

I tried Delupe, and it worked fine.
