Live Chat with 2 different users in the same chat windows

We are experiencing with some regularity, in the same chat window, that suposed to be one by one (one agent, one user), we have 2 users in the same conversation.

This isn't expected behavior nor something I've seen occur. I would recommend that you get in touch with our support department directly to troubleshoot this. This seems like something that we'll need access in order to look into. 
 
You have a few tickets available in your account. Click on the Tickets tab above and click Start Ticket to get in touch. Make sure that you choose "Support Department" from the dropdwon menu.
