Mail Missing/Deleted in SmarterMail

I had update Smartermail Version 14.5, Now i found few users mail is missing/Deleted.
I would request you to generate logs for deleted and missing mail to find out issue.
Please carry Device details,IP address, From Email ID,TO Email ID,Subject line in deleted logs.

We are having similar issues, support has been poor from smartertools and dragging on for months, did you find a cause / solution? I have several angry clients
