You could try making a content filter for prefix subject field, leave that blank. Give it a name. This will cause it to still print to the log and will add effectively nothing to the subject, since it was blank.

Won't this affect the inbound spam filtering then, for example if I edit the Bayesian filter to prefix the subject line on the high probability setting, then it will allow high probability spam to be delivered? Can I create a new filter that use Bayesian filtering and set it for outbound only?

I am sorry, I misread your original question. We do not check outgoing spam at all.

Oh, what is the Outbound spam filtering for?

I'm sorry the spam settings do let you do outbound filtering. We do not have a log only option. One option right now is to have it quarantine possible spam and inspect it there. Outbound is logged but it will sit in a quarantine for approval before being sent.

Another option would be to set the outgoing spam threshold to a very large number. This means SM won't block the message but it should still show the weight of the outgoing message in the logs. This would be your best bet.

That makes sense, what is the max value that I can specify?

Not really sure, I would just do like "999" or "9999" if it would let you.
