How to bypass spam filtering? (trusted senders)
Question asked by Neal Culiner - 12/16/2015 at 3:24 PM
Answered
I have trusted senders setup such as e.krogeremail.com and I have a trusted sender override rule that moves trusted senders to Inbox.  However, I find again an e-mail from e.krogeremail.com in my junk e-mail.  Why?

My hunch is that this is a bug where Message Sniffer (or 3rd party spam utils) do not honor trusted senders.

I believe the issue is that the domain is not e.krogeremail.com but
mta5.e.krogermail.com
I'll wildcard it or try something else, disregard....
