Currently, we can only have one login display for all domains. However, it would be much better to have different login displays for each domain. Is there a plan to implement that in the future?

Yes this can already be done.

You can enable this feature per domain or make it default and propagate it to all of your domains.

Edit Domain > Features > Login Display Customization.

It will then be in the domain settings under General there will be a tab for Login Display.
