Moving SM8 domains to new SM14 server

I am moving domains from a SM8 server to a new SM14 server.  I don't want to migrate the server, just a few domains.
 
I found this article: //portal.smartertools.com/kb/a2726/move-a-domain-from-one-smartermail-server-to-another.aspx but it only works for SM9+ as the file/folder structures have changed from SM8 in the domains folder.
 
Can anyone point me to any articles/resource for moving SM8 domains to a new SM14 server or can relate how they did it??
 
 
Sorry if I am asking a question answered elsewhere, but I have been looking awhile and can't find the answer.

Hi Alex.  The file format change you mentioned occurred in SmarterMail 7.  So you should be able to follow this same KB article to migrate your SmarterMail 8 domains to version 14.
