EWS won't connect after creating Archive folder on Apple Mail

So I think I broke a user's account after trying to create an Archive folder in Apple Mail over EWS.  The EWS logs go like this:

At this point, it looks like I'll have to recreate the user's account to get it to connect over EWS.  Any ideas?

I should also mention that I get this error: MFEWSErrorDomain error 56
