I seem to recall that there used to be a Forwarding Blacklist that prevented users from setting their forwarding settings to any domains in the this list.  I'm running SM 14.4 Enterprise and can't find this setting when logged in as an admin or managing a domain.  The 14.4 on-line help has an entry that explains the Forwarding Blacklist purpose but does not provide any clues as to where to find the setting. Am I missing something?
