Auto Responder Enhancment

My customers are asking for a feature that would let them send an auto-response outside of 'normal' business hours.  For example, the auto response message would be send before 8 am or after 5 pm on Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.  Right now they are turning off auto-response when they come to work, then turning back on when they leave; however, sometimes they forget.  I image a start work time and end work time for each of the 7 days of the week would suffice.  The times would need a time zone. An additional feature might be the ability to specify holidays.  You might Google 'auto response business hours exchange' for additional ideas.
