Incoming Gateway Webservice User Verification Fail

HI,
 
This week we create a incoming smartemail gateway for our main smatermail server, configured to validate email address through the main server webservice. (the normal configuration).
 
Today we receive a support request that one address was bounced. We search inbound gateway log file and found that the email was bounce with:
 
rsp: 550 <xxx@xxxx> No such user here
 
We double checked the address and verify that the account its working ok.
Did anyone had similar problem with incoming gateway service?

Hi Sergio. What exact version of SmarterMail are you on? I recall this on our initial release of SmarterMail 13.

The main server is the 14.2 and the gateway is 14.3
