This week we create a incoming smartemail gateway for our main smatermail server, configured to validate email address through the main server webservice. (the normal configuration).
Today we receive a support request that one address was bounced. We search inbound gateway log file and found that the email was bounce with:
rsp: 550 <xxx@xxxx> No such user here
We double checked the address and verify that the account its working ok.
Did anyone had similar problem with incoming gateway service?
