NT Username to use for permissions: IIS APPPOOL\SmarterTrack

Hi
 
I have this error on Windows server 2012 and Checkup.aspx.
 
Failed /App_Data/Logs/ write test
 Notes: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: L'accès au chemin d'accès 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Logs\TempLogFile.log' est refusé

Hello,
You need to ensure your App_Data folder has the correct file permissions.
 
  • The SmarterTrack/App_Data folder will require read, write, delete, and modify permissions to itself and all subfolders and files.
Navigate to that location and please ensure all of the permissions are set correctly.
