Hotmail Emails are not being received send via smartmail

My emails for most the domains are being not be received by Hotmail or being very very late received in Hotmail's Inbox
My IP is not blacklisted nor block from hotmail.
I have check smartermail logs it shows email have been delivered

You need to check both your SMTP and DELIVERY logs.
Both your SMTP and DELIVERY LOGS will need to be set to DETAILED.
They are probably being received to your SmarterMail server, via SMTP, and then, as they are further vetted by the antispam, being REJECTED there and deleted.
