Change Inbox for certain emails

I'd like to move emails that are send from a specific domain to a different mailbox.
 
Emails that are send to billing@elitegameservers.net and that come from the domain @paypal.com and @paypal.nl should be relayed to a different email address.
We want to do this because the billing email address is linked to our support ticket system and would automatically result in bounce emails with PayPal.

How can this be accomplished?

Write a rule, in the receiving account, to forward anything received from either of those addresses to the account you want them forwarded to.
