SmarterTrack not properly handling email addresses with apostrophes

We have a client with the last name O'Heron.  His last name is part of his email address, including the apostrophe.  When SmarterTrack receives a ticket it strips off everything up to and including the apostrophe (O'Heron becomes just Heron).
This causes obvious problems when replying to tickets via email.
BTW - this is in the hosted SmarterTrack environment.

I tested this and did find it to be a bug. I wanted to inform you that it has been fixed for the next release.
