I am trying to migrate my Office365 Exchange account to SmarterMail 14.1. I start the migration and it says that it completes but not data moves over.  The folders are setup ie all the folders under the inbox are created.  I've tried it several times with no success.

 

I also tried exporting the data to a PST file and then importing it.  I get the error 'Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.".  So next I try opening the PST file and moving the data from the PST to the SmarterMail PST and get the error "Cannot move the items. The folders your are trying to change do not support this operation, Sorry Exchange ActiveSync doesn't support what you're trying to do.

 

I'm using Outlook 2013.
