cascading framesets
Problem reported by Brian Thomforde - 8/8/2015 at 6:55 PM

I've  been having what I call "cascading framesets", (the best way I can describe it),
Firefox 39.0.3 and Chrome 44.0.2403.130 do it but IE 11 works fine.
we've upgraded to V14 and have the same issues,
I tried to include an image but it says I don't have permissions for links.

anybody have an idea how to resolve it?

I have opened up a ticket with you that way I can see an image.
I will post the link here once I get a response.

This is the image:

Do you have any custom CSS or any customizations that you may have done?
You said your on 14, can you specify which version by going to Help > About SmarterMail at the top left?
Also note, your screenshot is from 13.3.

We haven't done any custom CSS.
this has happened in the past (a year ago or so) then just started works fine.

this is version 14.1.5675 but as you can see the screenshot is on 13.3 and if I remember right I had the same issue on 12 also.

Does this happen every time you go to your mailbox?
Do you remember changing anything in the past that fixed it previously?
Is this only on your inbox, does it happen to other people?
Do any other pages do this?

I might ask more but this will help me gauge where the problem is occurring.

I do have another inbox, I logged into that account and it worked fine, I tried my normal inbox and now it works fine also.
I tried it on both Firefox and Chrome, both work fine.

nothing has changed that I know of.

It could be an error of some sort, you could try checking your logs for it. If it becomes a problem again, I would suggest possibly making a support ticket for it since it would be hard to debug without access to the server.
