Tested in both Chrome and IE.

 

On a side note, I suggest avoiding pop-up windows and allow editing within the main window instead (similar to how SmarterTrack allows me to edit a post in-line).  The main reason is simplicity, both for user and developer (2 delete buttons instead of 3). Another is that pop-ups sometimes get blocked.
