Email HACK forwarded to emailsnipper@gmail.com

Hi All
 
We have got an unusual hack on the system with all the emails been forwarded to emailsnipper@gmail.com.
 
IS there a quick way to fix this issue ?

I had this happen to my today. If you have not figured it out, they setup a Content Filter to do this on a specific email address.
