Hello
 
I can't access  account.smartertools.com via https
 
have tried from a number of locations
 
Firefox says -Secure Connection Failed, The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
IE says - This page can’t be displayed, turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting  again.
 
what's going on ?

Confirmed:  https connections to portal,smartertools.com are no longer supported because, "Assessment Failed: No secure protocols found."​
 
There are a couple of other issues as well, and I will forward via a secure ticket.
