I would love to be able to be in my smarterMail, and see on my calendar, the follow up events from SmarterTrack.

 

If this flowed down to my Calendar Apps ( OS X , IOS etc) that would be nice.. 

 

Right now I have to login to see what tickets are active again for follow up. It would be nice if they were on my calendar.

 

Sure there are few details that need to be worked out, because the Items are not linked to me as a agent but in the Queue to be followed up, so for me I would need to see a Calendar that was for the group/department not the agent.

 

I could see the feature being so that there were agent calendar ( the most obvious) as well as Department based.
