Private messaging is one of the biggest missing features here.  Private discussions were an enormous resource at times.  Any chance you can bring this back?

SmarterTrack doesnt support internal messaging but it does have a live chat feature

I wanted to give a quick update to this thread to let you know that private messaging and user profiles will be coming to the Community in the upcoming major release. Stay tuned for the BETA!
