Can't find Send Email in Manage > Mass Messaging menu

I am using SM 13.1 and in the past have send emails to all users on my server, but can no longer find the page to do it in this version.

I am logged in as the system administrator and have access to all the menus and domains.

Any advice?

Michael, in the screenshot that you provided, what menu items do you have if you expand the Mass Messaging option? It should be under there.

You can see what menu items appear if you look at the PNG file I attached to my previous message. I'm now on version 13.6 and it still hasn't appeared.

Actually, never mind. I'm an idiot. I thought the items below "Mass Messaging" was the subs. Clicking the [+] does indeed open up Send Email.
